A lot cleaner room than what I was expecting, front desk was also very friendly. Would go back if I were in a pinch.

The room was clean despite a musty smell. Check in was a breeze. The AC units are new, and they had to send maintenance up twice to make the rattling stop on the one in my room. After the second time, I asked if there was another room available and the manager John was very snippy when he told me they were sold out. Overall the experience was okay, the management staff should really take a breath before they talk to customers like that. The maintenance man was the nicest staff member I dealt with.

Staff was very helpful and assist with fixing the tv in our room immediately.

Staff was friendly. Definitely an older hotel that has tried its best to modernize but a few things were showing their age. The other comments about noise were spot on. It seemed like sound really carried in this hotel and we could hear a lot of things, but we were only there one night so we just dealt with it. The EV charging was a nice touch and one of the reasons we booked here.
